Health Care Assistant
Our Client, a well established Charity, is looking for HCA's to cover Pallative care in patients own homes. They provide high quality palliative and end of life care to a significant and growing number of people living in the Bromley Area. They employ a large team of clinical staff, including medical practitioners who work across community, inpatient and outpatient services, delivering individualized, responsive and holistic support to patients and their families/carers.
Ideally you will be an experienced HCA with Palliative care experience, looking to work in a varied environment, with clear care pathways.
They will also need to provide a minimum of 2 references covering 5 years continuously, have or be prepared to refresh up to date Manadatory training, and undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
