Goole Neuro Rehabilitation Centre
Goole Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre provides acute and post-acute rehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions. Located within the Goole and District Hospital, the 14-bed service is a partnership between the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust (BIRT) and the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust (NLAG).
GNRC accepts people at an earlier stage of recovery than is typical of most rehabilitation settings. Patients are required to be medically stable but still may require a high degree of nursing input and consciousness may be minimal.
Patients are supported by a multidisciplinary team, led by a Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine and including a Doctor, Registered Nurses, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech and Language Therapy.
We are currently expanding the Service and are looking to recruit a General Registered Nurse
be part of these exciting developments.
