Are you an experienced carer looking to take the next step? Are you fed up running in and out doing 15 minute calls? Do you wish you could spend longer with your clients building real relationships with the same clients every week?

They are ideally looking for staff that can work 7am-2pm, but will consider other availability.

They DON’T do rush in/out 15 minute calls- our minimum call time is 1 hour
They DO assign their Care Assistants with their own regular clients. 
They DON’T pay minimum wage, we DO pay between £8.15 and 9.15 per hour plus holiday pay and mileage.

They have local jobs supporting local people with companionship, home help and in some cases personal care throughout the Maidenhead, Henley on Thames and Twyford areas with hours to suit from 5 hours a week to 30 plus…. but you will need your own transport.
