We are looking for an experienced quality driven care manager who is a registered manager to oversee branch operations with a caring, friendly, quality focused Domiciliary care provider in Bromley.
You will need to have obtained an NVQ 4 or level 5 and be experienced with ensuring compliance within the home care sector.
This family owned and highly successful business is operated from a home base. Experience with planning care staff rota's is helpful and our client uses the Easzitrack system.
You will need to be a car owner/driver as there will be some on call duties to fullfil on a rota basis. Our client is looking for a cheerful, confident and supportive manager who can build relationships with care managers, GP services,, and associated agencies. You will also visit service users, hold team meetings, support the recruitment manager with carer recruitment and support the process.
This role is very much a customer service type manager's role but you will need extensive knowledge of the care sector with excellent knowledge of the CQC regs and standards. The position is also one that will include investigating any complaints/concerns that service users/families/staff may have and to investigate promptly, fairly and to an agreed and positive outcome.
This role is a very varied one so you will need excellent communication skills and good IT skills as you will be the key communicator within the branch and the community ensuring staff and service users are always fully briefed.
