DEPUTY MANAGER - RETFORD, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE - £15-£16 PER HOUR - STARTING ASAP
White Knight Recruitment is working with a national care provider that operates nursing and residential homes across the UK.
They are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to join their nursing home based in Retford, Nottinghamshire, that specialises in supporting elderly residents who have memory loss or dementia.
The Deputy Manager will join the team at this purpose built nursing home set in stunning private gardens and close to the river Retford.
The Deputy Manager will be responsible for leading the nursing/care staff within the home and will report any issues directly to the home manager. They will also be responsible for leading the home in the home manager’s absence and will support the management team with recruitment, training and inducting new staff members.
The successful candidate should be a registered nurse with a valid UK Pin and have previous experience supervisory or management experience in a residential service. In return the Deputy Manager will be rewarded with an excellent salary, good ongoing training and company benefits.
