JOB TITLE: Deputy Manager

SALARY & BENEFITS: £9 - £10 per hour depending on experience

WORKING HOURS:

2 x "on floor shifts" totalling 23 hours

2 x "office" shifts totalling 16 hours

Total Hours per week - 39
Extra hours may be available/needed

THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and successful company as a Deputy Manager based in Normanton. The purpose of the position is to support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the residential home and ensure a safe and caring environment, whilst being accountable for delivering a high quality care.

Key Responsibilities for the role of Deputy Manager based in Normanton:-

?         Organising staff rotas

?         Taking part in the 7 day rota

?         Supporting the Registered Manager as and when is required

?         To be responsible for the day to day running of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager

Key experience essential for the role of Deputy Manager based in Halifax:

?         Experience as a Senior Carer or Deputy Manager

?         Experience of the supervision of staff is essential

?         NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care 

?         A full UK Driving Licence is desirable but not essential
