Dementia Support and Care Worker - Wiltshire

Salary up to £8.83per hour + Paid Mileage and Travel time.
Do you have an interest to support people with dementia through a personal centred care plan. Empowering our dementia service users to stay in the community enjoying activities, discussing their life- stories and enabling them to enjoy life.

Our specialised care programme PETALS (Personal centred Empowerment Trust Activities Lifestories Stimulation) concentrates on our dementia Service Users putting them at the heart of a tailored care package, supporting them, their families and the challenges they face.

• Experience of working within a health or social care setting
• An individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player
• Availablility to work alternate weekends and be flexible in terms of shift patterns
• The abilty to motivate services users to encourage them to be independent
