We are looking to recruit a Cook to work in our care home providing residential and nursing care for older people located in the Wirral region.

Key duties:

Cook using fresh ingredients made from scratch
Pay particular attention to any special dietary requirements
Prepare weekly menus
Have a full understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene issues
Ensure clean and hygienic maintenance of the kitchen and equipment

You must be

Enthusiastic with a good sense of humour.
Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Ability to communicate in a friendly and polite manner
