We are currently looking for people like you in Northampton!!

We provide non-medical care for the elderly in their own homes. This always includes companionship but also home help, meal preparation, running errands and some personal care.

How are we different?

We do not provide any calls less than 1 hour and also introduce the clients to their CAREGivers before they work with them. We find that this gives the client reassurance as to who will be working in their homes.

As a CAREGiver you will also work with the same clients every week so you have the stability too!

Call times?

We are looking for people who have their own transport but more importantly are flexible, and able to work alternate weekends with their regular clients.

Our earliest call starts at 7.30am and they continue throughout the day up until 9.30pm.

We do have some clients who require 24 hour care so they have someone with them throughout the night.

Competitive salary and benefits?

We pay £7.85 per hour and £8.25 evenings after 8pm and weekends. You also receive holiday pay and mileage between clients. We offer free induction training, so experience is not essential and there are opportunities to complete a variety of qualifications including Health & Social Care NVQ Levels 2 and 3.

We also run our own City & Guild accredited Alzheimer’s and Dementia training course which all of our CAREGivers are encouraged to complete.
