One of the UK’s leading home care providers have a number of exciting opportunities for Community Care and Support Workers to in all areas of Wrexham including Aberoer, Acrefair, Cefn Mawr, Chirk, Froncysyllte, Garth, Glyn Ceiriog, Llanarmon DC, Llwynmawr, Newbridge, Plas Madoc, Pontfadog, Rhosymedre, Ruabon, Trevor, Johnstown, Ponciau, Rhos, Penycae and surrounding areas.


Community Care & Support Workers need to have a willingness to travel and the ability to work at short notice to meet the demands of the role.

Full UK driving license and with access to own transport is desired but not essential in all areas.


The successful candidate for the Community Care & Support Worker role will be responsible for providing a wide range of support (including personal care) in order to maintain and promote the independence of our service users within their own homes.
