A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Team Leader, RMN to work in a private hospital with a wonderful healthcare provider.
The hospital offers a range of psychiatric and therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults on an outpatient, day patient and inpatient basis, as well as CAMHS and Low Secure inpatient services.
The successful candidate will be actively registered with the NMC as a registered mental health nurse (RMN) and will have at least 1 year post registration experience working as a Registered Nurse. It is preferable if candidates have had previous experience working in the private hospital sector, but this is not essential. The role will include, managing and supporting staff within the hospital, and developing staff in a way that is consistent with legislation, policies and procedures. Administering medications, wound care, leading a team of care assistants and nurses to ensure patients receive the highest level of care at all times.
This is an URGENT VACANCY, and interviews will be held as soon as possible.
