CLINICAL LEAD / DEPUTY MANAGER - DUNGANNON, CO TYRONE - £14 PER HOUR - STARTING ASAP
White Knight Recruitment are working with a national care provider that operates nursing and residential homes across the UK. They are looking to recruit a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager to join their 54 bedded nursing home based in Dungannon, Co Tyrone, that specialises in supporting elderly residents who have memory loss or dementia.
You will join the team at this purpose built nursing home set in stunning private gardens and close to parklands. The Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager will be responsible for leading the nursing/care staff within the home and will report any issues directly to the home manager. You will also be responsible for leading the home in the home manager’s absence and will support the management team with recruitment, training and inducting new staff members.
You will take charge of the nursing team within the home and will ensure that care standards are adhered to in line with strict CQC standards. As the Clinical lead / Deputy Manager you will be responsible for writing and implementing care plans and overseeing staff training and inductions.
The successful candidate should be a registered nurse with a valid UK Pin and have previous experience supervisory or management experience in a residential service. In return you will be rewarded with an excellent salary of £14 per hour, good ongoing training and company benefits.
