This vacancy will give you the chance to make a difference and enrich children and young peoples lives by effectively and appropriately caring for them.
You will gain knowledge, training, skills and experiential learning necessary to become a Therapeutic Carer.
Knowledge and a working understanding of good child care practice and healthy child development is essential. You will need to have an insight into the needs of children and young people living in the care system.
Along with a fantastic salary other benefits include a 6 month work based basic training programme that will equip you with the skills and knowledge allowing you to be considered for automatic promotion to Therapeutic Carer following relevant assessment.
