Carer / Care Assistant - DOMICILIARY – Care work in the community

WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING IN NORTHAMPTON (NN1 to NN7) for people to assist our clients in daily tasks such as, companionship, meal preparation, general home-help, local transportation & personal care.  We are looking for compassionate people that want to work locally between 10 and 35 hours a week, and an opportunity for more.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?  We do NOT do the 15-30 minute calls. We only do a minimum of 1 hour calls & introduce our carers to our clients before their first visit.

We are looking for people who have their own transport BUT more importantly:

We provide free induction training so no experience is required, and offer a personal development working towards NVQ/CQF in Health & Social care.  We also offer our very own City & Guilds accredited course in Alzheimer’s and Dementia awareness.

We are looking for people that have flexibility during the week and are able to work some evenings and alternate weekends.

We pay £7.50 (Mon-Fri) & £8.00 (Evenings after 8pm & Weekends) plus holiday pay and mileage in-between client’s visits
