Part Time Careworkers

We are currently recruiting for CAREGivers in Bedford and surrounding villages.

We are looking for CAREGivers to assist our clients in daily tasks such as companionship, meal preparation, home help, some personal care and local transportation. We are seeking candidates who are compassionate by nature, flexible and want to work locally between 15-30 hours per week including alternate weekends and some evenings.

We provide free induction training so no experience is required and offer personal development programs, working towards QCF/NVQ awards in Health and Social Care. We also offer our very own City & Guild accredited course in Alzheimer’s and Dementia awareness.

We as a company are quality driven and do not do 15-30 minute, task based calls. Our minimum call is 1 hour and we always introduce our carers to clients, promoting consistency and building relationships.

We are looking for people who have their own transport but more importantly:

We offer a competitive salary of £7.50-£8ph plus petrol expenses and holiday pay
