Care Workers

Full time/Part Time/Evenings/Week-Ends/Nights – All hours available.

A leading Care Provider in (Peterborough & Rutland) are currently recruiting for Care Workers in Peterborough/Stamford/Oakham and Corby.

Experience is not essential as full on-going training will be given and support provided. Once trained you will be helping to care for and support our Customers within their own homes carrying out a range of duties that may include:-

Assisting customer to get up, dressing and preparing them for the day, Washing, bathing, showering, oral care, grooming, toileting, assisting with use of commode, emptying commode, continence management. 

Assisting customers in going to bed, undressing and washing.
Using manual handling equipment as specified.
Working with other care professionals such as District Nurses, GP’s etc.
Assisting with prescribed medication.
Preparation of meals and assistance with feeding.
General household duties, bed making and laundry.
Shopping and supplies management.
To keep accurate records of each care visit.

Great rates of pay:-
£7.50 - £8.35 per hour with paid mileage.

A FULL DRIVING LICENCE AND VEHICLE IS REQUIRED AS YOU WILL BE TRAVELLING BETWEEN CUSTOMERS HOMES IN ORDER TO CARRY OUT YOUR DUTIES
