Excellent opportunities have arisen for care and support workers in Portsmouth. As an experienced care and support worker you will be competent in working with various client groups including older persons, adults with learning Disabilities and Children. Ideally you will hold a full UK driving licence with your own transport.
You will have a working knowledge of updating and preparing care plans, personal care, administering medication as well as helping to promote independence.
In return you will be offered flexible shifts to fit in and around your personal commitments these will include weekends, days and nights
