Care Supervisor

Care Supervisor (Home Care) North Hertfordshire

We are looking to recruit an experienced Care Supervisor (Domiciliary) in North Hertfordshire. You will be joining a local care provider offering a unique service of tailored home care visits committed to the highest quality.

As our Care Supervisor you will be responsible for the efficient running of the care you supervise, ensuring care plans are delivered accurately at all times.

Duties

Conduct Assessments, Reviews and produce effective and well written Care Plans

Ensure customers are getting the best and most appropriate care

Supervise Care Workers including spot checks and supervisions

Playing not only a supervisory but also supporting role to your care workers and customers.

To understand and implement Quality Control Procedures.

Manage the On Call emergency phone for some weekdays and occasional weekends

Person Specification

Experience of Service provision in the Care Profession

Experience of supervising a dispersed staff team.

Experience of Risk Assessments & Care Planning

Excellent Communication Skills

Computer Literate

Qualifications

NVQ/ QCF Level 3 – Health & Social Care or willing to train towards it.

Experience within the Care Sector is a MUST
