Due to continually increasing business for their 'care at home' service, my client is seeking a new member of our team based at the Norwich office.
Reporting to the registeredmanager, key responsibilities for this varied and important role include:Maintenance of quality procedures, supporting care workers and customers to ensure the highest quality service is provided, accurate completion and maintenance of records, competent use of computerised systems and adherence to company policies and procedures.
A good team worker, excellent organisational skills, and a calm, efficient, professional manner are essential, along with a flexible attitude and willingness to provide occasional care visits, especially during the initial stages of new care packages.
Previous care experience and a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, alongside a full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
Hours are variable in line with the requirements of the business, based around a 37.5 hr week plus emergency on call duties on a rota basis. This is primarily a field based role with some office based duties required during office hours.
