Care Supervisor

Our caregivers are a pretty special group of people. The support you’ll give them is an important part of ensuring they reach their potential.

Working closely with Jacqui our Care Manager and the rest of our key player team, you’ll mainly be involved with training, on-going support, coaching, supervisions and appraisals.

As a supervisor in health and social care you’ll need to register with the SSSC and either have, or be prepared to work towards their qualification criteria.

Getting the right person is what matter to us. Someone who shares our values and beliefs. Wants to help us change the face of ageing. So we’re open to talking to you whether you’re looking for full time or part time hours.

Ideally we’re looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their health and social care career.  Alternatively, we may consider applicants who can demonstrate strong supervisory / coaching / training skills from other sectors.
