Network Health & Social Care are currently recruiting a caring and committed part time Care Manager for a Charity run Residential Care Home in Plymouth. This position is permanent and for 12 hours per week, 2 x 6 hour day shifts.

The successful candidate must have experience as a Care Manager and be able to use their initiative. You must have experience of working with young adults who have severe learning disabilities and autism along with epilepsy experience.

You will be caring for only 1 client at any time and this will be 2:1 support. You must be PICA trained and will be required to carry out risk assessments regularly. You must be CQC Compliant for this position and be up to date with Care Standards.
