As our Care Manager, you will take overall management responsibility for the service, its customers and the team of staff, be registered with and ensure compliance with our regulator and the regulatory environment, our company policies and procedures and our stringent quality standards.

Immaculately presented, a consummate professional, organised, with strong time management and people skills, and having an eye for fine detail, you will have a real passion for delivering outstanding levels of care and customer satisfaction, while leading your team from the front.

Reporting to the Managing Directors, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our core values and can combine those with enthusiasm, drive and an entrepreneurial spirit.

The successful applicant will be:-

Experienced in the delivery of high quality care in the domiciliary care sector

Working towards NVQ 5 or equivalent

Very knowledgeable regarding CQC standards and procedures

A people person who is passionate about standards and customer satisfaction

Flexible, reliable and punctual with good attention to detail

Ambitious, hardworking and organised – and a true leader

Knowledgeable in office procedures and fully computer literate including adequate typing skills and experience with Microsoft Word

Able to manage, motivate and direct people in a fast moving environment

In possession of a full driving licence and own car

Main responsibilities will include:-

The legal and ethical running of the day to day business

Ultimate responsibility for staff planning, evaluating workloads and identifying training needs

Development and maintenance of quality control system
