Care Givers

We are looking for Care Workers / CAREGivers to support our clients in Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cirencester, Stow on the Wold and the Cotswolds.

We are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable individuals who are interested in making a difference in their local community.

Our company provides award-winning help and support to older people in their own homes.  Our personalised approach is unique and our services include companionship, light housekeeping and personal care. We also specialise in dementia care. 

Our CAREGivers encourage, assist and stimulate our clients, allowing them to remain independent at home for as long as possible.  Visits last a minimum of one hour and we pride ourselves on our excellent continuity of care, with CAREGivers visiting the same clients each time.

Our services are non-medical and are wide-ranging - from chatting over coffee to help with washing and dressing, and from prompting medication to preparing meals.  We spend quality time with our clients, building lasting relationships and enabling them to do the things they enjoy.

For us, empathy, reliability and a positive work attitude are more important than experience as we provide full training, plus on-going training and development opportunities.  We offer competitive rates of pay, plus mileage and paid annual leave. 

Good communication skills, a current driving licence and access to a car are essential as is a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
