We are seeking reliable care staff to assist our clients so that they can live life to the full and remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible.

This is an opportunity to make a huge difference to the lives of our clients. Your happy and compassionate personality will provide companionship and support as well as engaging clients through stimulating conversation and activities. Many clients have enjoyed activities such as a shopping trips, visit to a garden center and even historical places of interest.

Hours are flexible from as little as one hour per week, through to mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and overnights.

We only deliver high quality one hour calls, we do not deliver 15 minute or half hour calls, and the call does not include travel time. You will always be introduced to your clients.

Care experience is not essential as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing development. However, what is essential is having the right qualities, we require somebody who is aligned to our values, committed and can demonstrate compassion, empathy and dedication to their role and our clients. Our expectations are high, but your expectation of us should be equally high !

In return, we provide a competitive rate of pay which rises substantially after 6 months service, weekend enhancement, paid holiday, paid training and development after induction and mileage costs are paid too.
