Care Coordinator
Salary - £18,000 to £21,000 depending on experience
The company is a leading care provider that offers care and support to vulnerable and elderly customers in their own homes and local communities.
We are currently recruiting for a full time Care Co-ordinator to work in our Shedfield office.
You will be responsible for ensuring all care packages are covered with an appropriate care worker at all times. To liaise with the care manager to ensure adequate cover for all existing and new packages to guarantee the smooth running of the care service. To assist the director in the management of costs by ensuring working patterns are efficient and logical.

The ideal person will have:
Coordinating experience
Excellent IT skills
Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner
Reliable, dynamic, hardworking and have a sense of humor
Knowledge of the local area
Ability to work under own initiative or within a team
Able to manage and direct people in a fast moving environment
Attention to detail and good problem solving skills
Good reporting skills both verbal and written
Clear understanding of good quality
A full UK licence (no more than 6 Points) and class 1 business insurance
Knowledge of Staff Plan Roster desirable but not essential
