Care Coordinator

This company is now looking to recruit a full time Care Co-ordinator to join our team in the London Borough of Harrow and Brent.

Permanent - 37.5 hours per week £19000 per annum

The company is currently looking to recruit a Care Coordinator to support in the operations of an expanding organisation, who provide high standards of care and support to vulnerable adults within their own homes in the Harrow and Brent area. The successful candidate will be required to organise and coordinate a team of care staff, using the Staffplan scheduling software, ensuring that all visits are covered and assigning the correct care workers according to their skills and their suitability for each customer. Being On Call every other week is essential. Roles and responsibilities within this job include

Allocating calls to ensure continuity of service to increase quality and improve dignity
Preparing and coordinating staff rotas
Ensuing excellent communication with all staff, service users, colleagues and external professionals
Excellent computer skills
Good telephone manner

Salary: £19,000.00 /year Required experience:
