Care Coordinator £16000 to £16500 per annum + on call allowance

Our highly successful and quality focused client based in Coventry is now looking for a cheerful and experienced Domiciliary Care professional to join their busy expanding team working within the office with the coordinating team planning weekly care staff rota's and also working out in the community delivering care, on call duties, carrying out risk assessments, updating care plans and assessments, staff supervisions and holding team meetings.

This exciting and very varied senior role is an ideal step up for a senior carer who has the above experience and who is qualified to NVQ 3 level. You will need to be a car owner/driver and live within the Coventry area with good local knowledge. Excellent communication skills are required for this challenging but rewarding role along with a calm and caring character as you will be working with vulnerable people in their own homes most of which are elderly.

Our client is looking for a cheerful, confident professional person who has good IT skills, on call experience, a good understanding of the care standards and who is quality focused. You will also have strong leadership skills while being approachable, caring, with a positive and motivating approach to supervising staff.
