Our care assistants provide care and support to our customers in all aspects of their daily lives. You will work as part of a fabulous caring team of staff who provide tailored support for our customers in their own homes. This privileged position allows you to build unique, trusting relationships with each of our customers who are as individual as you.
The role is not without its challenges. You will need to be patient and kind and able to deal with our customers emotional and physical needs. You will need to be able to listen well and communicate effectively so you can support our customers and enable them to stay in touch with the things that matter most. You will also need to be able to stay calm and think clearly in a crisis, ensuring you provide the customer with the best care possible at all times.

We have a fantastic training programme in place which you will complete as part of your 12 week induction, we then offer the opportunity to further develop your skills through specialised training courses and through Health and Social Care qualifications levels 2-5. Please note that early mornings, evenings and weekends will be included as part of your normal working week.

*£8.30/hr weekdays and £9.50/hr weekends during probation period, after successfully completing your probation period the rate of pay goes up to £9/hr weekdays and £10.30/hr at weekends. Bank holidays are paid at double time.
