Carer / Care Assistant - DOMICILIARY – Care work in the community

WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING IN THE CANNOCK,  RUGELEY, BURNTWOOD ,GREAT WYRLEY, CHESLYN HAY, BROWNHILLS area for people to assist our clients in daily tasks such as, companionship, meal preparation, general home-help, local transportation & personal care. We are looking for compassionate people that want to work locally between 10 and 35 hours a week, and an opportunity for more.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT? We do NOT do the 15-30 minute calls. We only do a minimum of 45minute calls with most calls being 1 hour plus.  All carers are introduced and supported on a one to one basis by our Senior team to their clients. 

We are looking for people who 
•    Have their own transport and full licence

•    We are looking for people that have flexibility during the week and are able to work hours  to cover all or some of or a mixture of the following -  mornings, days, evenings, and alternate weekends.

We provide free induction training so no experience is required, and offer a personal development working towards NVQ/CQF in Health & Social care. We also offer our very own City & Guilds accredited course in Alzheimer’s and Dementia awareness. Must be able to obtain clear DBS check and references.

We pay £7.00 to £9.75 for bank holidays plus holiday pay and mileage allowance
