Precedo Healthcare Services are currently seeking experienced Band 5 Registered General Nurses to work with a variety of NHS clients on a full-time and part-time basis, providing care in the community on a temporary agency basis.
The duties will include but will not be limited to:
???Assessing of patients and their care plans, making any changes necessary
???Administering of medications through intravenous injections, syringe pumps, etc.
???Providing clinical supervision to other staff.
???Organising activities.
???Working with a wide variety of clients covering all aspects of care.
???Promoting wellbeing and independence of all clients within NMC and NHS regulations.

Successful applicants will:
???Be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK
???Have at least 6 months recent post qualification experience, within a similar role
???Have undertaken all necessary post-qualification training
???Be able to provide Occupational Health documents
???Be willing to undertake a DBS Check (previously CRB)
???Hold relevant registration with the NMC
???Be able to provide satisfactory references from the past 3 years
