This role is suited to someone who enjoys being busy, and who is confident and outgoing with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
Key tasks:
Handle initial inquiries from clients and candidates
Deal with e-mail inquiries
Encourage candidates to register their details using the website, or take their details over the phone
Data entry- updating confidential personal records on the database
Type letters
Send and chase temporary workers for late timesheets in order to meet the payroll deadline
Call customers to ensure to check that their contractors have arrived for work
Make end of week calls to check if clients wish to rebook their temporary contractors
Source candidates to fill jobs using a variety of sources
Update social media- facebook, twitter etc
Use a variety of IT applications, including a bespoke recruitment software package
Accompany the Directors on client visits
