Job Description
Precedo Healthcare are currently working with nursing, EMI and care homes throughout Mansfield and the surrounding areas. Due to high demand, we are seeking qualified and experienced RGNs, RMN's and Registered Adult Nurses to deliver high quality and professional nursing care.
Job requirements
???To provide a high standard of nursing care based on assessment of patients' care
???Be responsible for the well-being (physical, emotional and social needs) of the patients/residents and service users
???Delegation and supervision of duties to care staff
???Storage and administration of medications, including controlled drugs
???Communication with outside agencies and medical practitioners
???Routine observations and record keeping
???To ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home/ward in accordance with policies
???Wound care/Stoma Care/PEG feed care where appropriate
Candidate requirements
???Current NMC registration
???Eligibility to work in the UK
???Minimum of 6 months Staff Nurse experience in a relevant setting within the last 2 years
???Strong communication skills
???Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
???Candidate to cover cost of first DBS check (£50)
