DREAM MEDICAL are working with an established healthcare provider in the HULL /East Yorkshire region who urgently require professional and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners with availability to start as soon as possible.
Vacancies are in both Traditional Practices and WIC's.
There are full time and part time positions available (p/t is 20 hours per week)
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
*Experienced in working independently. *Triage and Prescribing in a Primary Care setting is essential.
*Applicants must be able to demonstrate broad knowledge and skills which enable them to see and treat patients presenting
with a varied range of conditions.
*Experience of dealing with chronic disease is an advantage.
The successful Practice Nurse will be expected to demonstrate excellent patient care. You will be able to provide the provision of preventative health care for patients along with reporting in accordance to the Care Quality Commission within the practice.
The WIC is open from 8am - 8pm, 365 days a year and uses System1.
The traditional practice is open from 8 am - 8pm Monday - Friday.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
