Dream Medical are currently working with a private healthcare organization who are nationally renowned for their commitment to providing outstanding healthcare. Currently we are recruiting for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to be based in Derby. The company in question has achieved an incredible amount of growth within a short period of time.
Opportunities are available for those looking for either part time or full time opportunities, as there are currently 60 hours per week which need to be covered.
This particular surgery offers a walk-in center with a registered patient service open 365 days a year 8am-8pm. This is a busy and faced paced environment, where you will be able to develop skills through ongoing clinical mentoring.
Requirements:
???Effective communication skills
???Commitment to continual improvement and innovation
???Able to work under high pressure loads and busy environments
???Working successfully as an independent practitioner
???Providing expert nursing and clinical advise to other nurses working within primary care
This position will include MDU (fully paid) + NHS pension + 25 days annual leave + weekend enhanced pay.
This is an opportunity for an ANP who is always looking to develop on their current skills and work within an ever expanding organization.
