Working as an autonomous practitioner as part of Medvivo’s multidisciplinary team you will primarily work out of hours but have the opportunity to undertake a variety of roles which include in-hours work in a variety of clinical settings.
The post holder will provide clinical expertise in first contact care. You will work across traditional boundaries to produce effective local services providing comprehensive assessment to patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed or changing conditions in a range of clinical settings.
Job roles can include a combination of out of hours unscheduled care, community ward medical care and support to Access to Care; the care hub for all health referrals in Wiltshire.
It is essential that you are a non-medical prescriber and can demonstrate the skills required for advanced level physical assessment and clinical reasoning to deliver care in a variety of clinical settings.
You will work autonomously providing face to face and telephone consultations in a variety of primary care settings in Wiltshire including home visiting where necessary.
