Right now, we’re looking for an efficient individual with a good understanding of office systems to join us at Dolphin Court, Southend-On-Sea.

Your challenge? To provide the sort of functional administrative support to managers and staff that will underpin the successful delivery of our services. As well as dealing with customers, staffing issues and finances, including financial returns, we’ll also rely on you to field enquires and provide general information while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and integrity. Role Requirements

To make the role yours, you’ll need a good level of educational attainment in Maths and English and an excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite e.g. Word, Excel, etc. In addition, we'll be looking for familiarity with various office systems gained working in a similar role. Excellent interpersonal and writing skills are important too, and occasional minute taking. Well-organised, calm under pressure and comfortable meeting realistic deadlines, above all you share our passion, values and dedication to helping others.

If you have proven administrative experience and are as comfortable maintaining office systems as and supporting a team in administrative tasks role could be ideal.
