We are currently recruiting 2 Community Support Workers to support adults with an Acquired Brain Injury living in their own homes in the Wirral area. As a Support Worker, you will play an integral part of the team supporting our Service Users and their families. The successful candidates will receive an excellent hourly rate of £7.73, 25 days annual leave including bank holiday (prorated), pension and life assurance. Demonstrating compassion and a willingness to make a difference to the lives of the individuals you support, you will actively promote independence, dignity and positively enhance the lives of the Trust's Service Users. This exciting and challenging role will place you at the heart of the support team that works closely with the Trust's Service Users, their families and other external professionals to deliver high quality care and rehabilitation. You will be provided with full induction and training including completion of the Care Certificate where applicable. To be considered for this role, previous experience working in care is essential. You should have a flexible, positive attitude with a desire to make a difference. You will be working on a flexible rota that includes early, late, weekend and sleep overs to ensure that you have a good balance between work and home life. This position is subject to a Disclosure (DBS) check.
