Contract- Interim/Fixed term

You will need to have a can do attitude as you deal with customer requests and issues on a product that you will be trained up on.
Required:
* Solid Shell scripting knowledge
* An understanding of the Linux OS
* Break-fix experience on printers - computers
* Writing Customer facing support documentation
* Good Analytical and investigation skills
* Windows/Mac experience
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Client facing demeanour
