I am recruiting for an experienced Staff Nurse, to take up a role caring for patients out in the Community. This is an excellent opportunity to work from home and deal with patients around your local postcode.
Duties of a (RGN) Community Clinical Nurse Advisor?
The new Community Staff Nurse will form part of an expanding team, to facilitate the safe discharge of Enteral, Parenteral and IV therapy patients in liaison with hospitals accounts and to provide ongoing support in the community for patients, carers and healthcare professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a patient caseload, fulfilling all nursing requirements in agreement with Regional Nurse Manager. You will also be advised toprovide telephone advice line cover as part of a rota to homecare patients.

It would also be desirable if you have community care experience and experience in an acute care environment, have current experience with cannulation, wound care and associated products and must hold a full EU Driving License.
