Learning Disability Support Worker

Care/ Support Workers ( Learning Disability Team) 

 We are looking to diversify and specialise within the field of Learning Disabilities, creating bespoke person centred  care & support plans to meet the needs of people who would like to be supported whilst living in their own home.
 
Applicants must have a genuine desire to care and support people with Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs. Previous experience is desirable but not essential.  You will be offered training & opportunities for career development, with access to Diplomas within Health & Social Care, & training courses identified which cover the conditions & needs of our customers
 
We have a  variety of flexible hours available which  will include weekends, days & nights, bank holiday cover & in some cases live in care packages. We offer excellent rates of pay after the initial 3 month probationary period of £8.00 per hour  on week days & £8.50 per hour  at weekends, with double pay on bank holidays.
 
Successful applicants will be required to complete a DBS check  and be able to prove they are eligible to work in the UK. A clean driving licence and access to  your  own transport is essential for this role as you will be visiting customers in their own homes.
