HEAD OF UNIT - DEMENTIA - RMN - HORLEY, SURREY - START ASAP - £14.50 PER HOUR - FULL TIME


We have an exciting opportunity to work with one of our partnered national care providers as a Head of Unit (Dementia) for their nursing home in Horley, Surrey. This is a permanent opportunity offering full time hours.


As a Head of Unit (Registered Nurse) you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of specialist care within our clients Memory Lane community for those with dementia. This is an ideal opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RMN) looking to make a career move or take their first step into management.


The Heads of Unit are skilled clinicians who are committed to creating a rewarding and nurturing environment for the residents and staff. You will be a blend of dedication, competence and compassion - providing robust support to your manager, and with the passion and leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team to deliver the highest standards of holistic, individualised care.


As a Head of Unit (Registered Nurse) our client will guarantee you clinical autonomy and the opportunity to further enhance your professional skills, with access to their on-going leadership programme and clinical specialist training. There is always opportunity for career development; several of our clients most senior Directors started their careers as nurses.


A sound understanding of the Care Standards together with a Nursing qualification and current NMC registration are essential for this role.
