Care Home Manager - Up to £37000 per annum plus bonus
We are looking to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager for our client's lovely care home in Turriff, Aberdeenshire which provides 24hr care and support for Elderly Care, Young Physically Disabled Nursing and Neurological Disorders and Brain Trauma. The home has 45 beds and has 66 staff who are all highly dedicated and caring.
As the Care Home Manager you will need to have already obtained an RMA or level 4 and be willing to work towards your Leadership & management qualification.
Our client is keen to recruit a very approachable, professional, confident and caring manager who has excellent business acumen, strong leadership skills, recruitment experience, staff retention skills, and be quality focused. You will need to have experience of working to a budget be an excellent communicator and be able to support and value your staff.
The role will include overseeing the catering, maintenance and laundry service, maintaining staff and resident records. You will need to have excellent IT skills and have experience of providing reports and statistics and to develop the business by looking at further opportunities for growth.
You will need to be a cheerful, enthusiastic manager who can motivate staff and develop each member of staff to their full potential by recognising their training needs and level of support required.
As the manager you will of course need to have excellent knowledge of the regulations and standards and be fully compliant but also strive to continue raising the standards of the home and staff further.
