Ashley Grange is seeking to recruit staff for a family run 55 bedded nursing home. A beautiful and pleasant working environment where your contribution is truly valued. Here at Ashley Grange we understand that when you’re looking for care and support, whether it is for yourself or for a loved one, you will settle for no less than a first class service. Therefore we pride ourselves with highly trained staff that is committed to delivering the highest standard of healthcare, no matter what or how complex our resident’s needs are. Our care ethos has remained consistent over the years. Our aim is for our residents to enjoy a person-centered experience of high quality care. We see that it is important for our residents to be as involved as possible in detailing and directing their own care according to their own wishes. At Ashley Grange our dedicated teams deliver this individual personalised care.
This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking for a rewarding role within a very successful home. Prospective candidates must have a passion for working with the elderly and delivering exceptional levels of care. We’ve been providing top quality health care and support for forty years and our residents can be sure of a personalized, thorough service from our staff. We strive to minimise staff turnover and are proud to be able to offer this element of stability to our Residents. All our staff undertakes in house training and externally sourced training is available and encouraged. We support already qualified staff to obtain related nursing and teaching qualifications. Mandatory training is provided for all staff at every level with an extensive programme of internal and external training sessions and seminars.
We acknowledge how hard our staff work as individuals and as team players. We encourage our staff, residents and families to nominate staff for our ‘Staff Member of the Month’. Many of our staff have been part of our valued team for over 5 years, some as long as 20 years. Salaries are banded and dependant on qualifications and/or experience.
Each resident has a Nurse keyworker supported by a team of carers. Our management structure is evident but our culture of openness, ¬including Matron’s unusual glass walled office to promote inclusion, means that the team is consulted on care rather than simply a top down decision being made. We are always interested to hear from candidates who are passionate to work in care. We believe our staff are instrumental to our success and if you think you have the right temperament and attitude to join our team please contact us. You will be joining a sought after nursing home working to high standards of care.
We can support students, Tier 4 students and individuals requiring Tier 2 sponsorship (subject to conditions being satisfied) and apprentices.
Ashley Grange is actively participating in the Apprenticeships initiative where young people are given the opportunity to develop their skills in the Health and Social Care Environment. If you are looking for a career opportunity please contact us for more details.
